Who We Are
The TCB Group was set up in January 2005, by music industry executive Steven Howard.
It is a privately owned business, which specialises in the creation and development of content. Its range of activities include artist management, live show production, a record label, a music publishing company and an area with knowledge and expertise in music and brands solutions.
Whether it be conceptualizing and bringing to fruition a show (‘Rip it Up’,‘Remembering Fred’,‘Viva La Diva’ or ‘Here Come The Girls’), pulling all the parts together for an artist to make a new recording or most of all, realising the dreams and ambitions of one of the TCB Group’s own management clients or bringing a career opportunity to one of his artists tables… The TCB Group is the enabler and facilitator. “I firmly believe that without our input these things wouldn’t happen, but equally so, and thank goodness, without greater talents of truly creative people these things would not be successful.”
Most businesses focus on their mission. Many focus on their tagline as a way to define themselves. We at The TCB Group, think about ourselves from the vantage point of values. When it comes to our business, values are everything: values are the strategy, values are the process, values are the product, values are the brand, values are the company. But along the way, we always Take Care of our client’s Business.
